We have refused to streamline accounts onto a collection floor as most agencies do. This means we look at every account individually, determining the most effective method of recovery and assigning that account to the most qualified and experienced collector. This system both increases liquidation rates as well as protects our clients’ interests. Your accounts will never be worked by a collector with less than five years of collection experience.
