It’s more difficult to blanket assets when a collector and/or private investigator is standing right in front of your debtor, rather than speaking to them over the telephone.
Our investigators can compile personal interviews with employees and even officers of a business, take pictures of the business and any assets on site, and make other assessments as needed. LM&M can also hand deliver documents supporting the debtor’s legal obligations to our client and negotiate compensation in person. Often this is an extremely effective method of collections.
